There is a flurry of activities at the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL), Abeokuta, Ogun State. As guests hurried through, they could not, however, help pausing for a moment, as the din set up by hundreds of men doing hundreds of assigned tasks in the complex resounded.
