Solvay announced the future executive leadership team, effective upon completion of the planned separation of Solvay into two companies – Solvay and Syensqo – which is expected to be completed in December.

The following people will serve on the executive leadership team of Syensqo:

Ilham Kadri, currently CEO and president of the executive committee at Solvay, will serve as CEO of Syensqo.

Kadri has extensive leadership experience across a variety of industries on four continents with companies like Shell, UCB, Huntsman, Dow and Sealed Air. Prior to Solvay, she was CEO and president of Diversey in the US. She is an independent Board member at A.O.

Smith and L’Oréal.

Christopher Davis, who most recently served as chief financial officer (CFO) and chief sustainability officer at Orica, will serve as Syensqo’s CFO. He brings over 20 years of leadership and management experience within large complex multinational organizations in the natural resources & min
